Processing time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
  • North America: 1-3 weeks
  • Europe: 4-7 business days
  • We do not currently ship to ROW however if you would like to place an order from a country not listed above please do get in touch with us directly: hello@paperdressvintage.co.uk 

 

Returns & exchanges

We hope that you are over the moon with your vintage purchase, but we also understand that sometimes things might not be quite the right fit for you. Please contact us as soon as possible if the order isn't right (within 3 working days of receiving).
Any items that you do need to return, please get them back to us within 14 days of delivery so that we can find them a new owner and get you your refund.

 

Return details

We take great care of these special pieces, but they have had a previous life. Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, there might be the occasional slight imperfection, which we endeavour to always try to note in it's listing.

Postage is non refundable and return postage is the responsibility of the customer - you are also welcome to return an item to our store in person if that is convenient.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Sizing details

Please be sure to use the measurements in listings to determine if the sizing would be right for you, as vintage sizing does not always translate to high street sizing.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
